ST. LOUIS, Mo. — David Clippard, 53, was to be presented Aug. 27 as the unanimous recommendation of the search committee for the new executive director of the Missouri Baptist Convention (MBC). Clippard is a Cape Girardeau native currently serving as an associate executive director for the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma. The recommendation will be made to the 52-member MBC executive board when it meets in a special session at the MBC building in Jefferson City.
