Palmer Norris is city prosecutor in Gardendale and city judge in Fultondale. In addition to teaching Sunday School Church for at least 25 years and serving as deacon for many years, he often helps fellow members with advice on matters of law.
Q: Why have you done this activity?
A: I’ve always been active in the church, and it’s just something that is a part of my life.
Q: What does the ministry demand?
A: Teaching demands preparation and persistence. Work demands being there and doing it.
Q: What do you get from the ministry?
A: It’s knowing that I serve the Lord. I consider all of this a part of my service.
Q: How do other family members support you?
A: They’ve always been supportive of everything that I do.
Q: How do you see yourself involved in these activities in the future?
A: I intend to continue. I’m only 72.
Q: What difference will these activities make for you in the future?
A: It keeps me active.
