Canaan Baptist Church and Flint Hill Baptist Church, both in Bessemer, along with North Highlands Baptist Church and Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Hueytown, are hosting Canvas Conference Oct. 3, 8 a.m.–1 p.m. in the fellowship hall of Pleasant Ridge Baptist.
Morgan Bailey, author of “Canvas: Be a Portrait of God’s Grace”, will be the keynote speaker, focusing on biblical encouragement of how God uses every experience from moments of spiritual victory to seasons of adversity and suffering, to transform a life into the image of Christ.
