Seasoned Christian Leadership

More focus, faith and fruit — that’s how seasoned Christian leaders should look, according to internationally known author, speaker and Bible study leader Dr. Richard Blackaby.

A seasoned Christian leader also should serve as the quarterback, not the cheerleader and not the coach, says leadership mentor and longtime minister Dr. Gary Fenton. “The Holy Spirit is the coach.”

On this week’s TAB News, co-hosts Jennifer Rash and Debbie Campbell talk with Blackaby and Fenton about Christian leadership during the midway and later years of one’s ministry career.

Following the 30-minute interview, TAB staff members and correspondents will present an audio digest of this week’s issue including news, features, Dr. Batson’s Theology 101 column and Sunday School commentaries.
