Thank you for your editorial and for printing the names of Alabama’s fallen heroes in the May 26 issue. I read the names as a part of my message last Sunday. We need to be reminded that we have troops fighting a war right now.
While we enjoy our freedom, there are men and women away from home, there are families separated by thousands of miles and there are special times they will miss because of their love of our country. They need our prayers and support, as do the families of the fallen.
Many thanks to you and your staff for the excellent job you do each week in providing us with the best denominational paper anywhere.
