Daniel Lewis Small, retired Cleburne Baptist Association director of missions (DOM), died Dec. 16. He was 79. A Greenfield, Mo., native, Small served as DOM from 1969 until 1994.  He designed and built Camp Back 40, a Christian camp for youth in Cleburne County, and he and his wife, Billie, wrote the programs and directed the camps for many years. …
