Students from the College of Health Sciences participated in the college’s annual Acute Care Simulation held Oct. 23–24.
Roughly 250 students representing programs in each of the college’s four schools participated.
The goal of the simulation is to provide a realistic clinical setting. The simulation uses a mix of interactive manikins and actors who serve as patients and family members. The simulation emphasizes both best practices for patient care and collaboration among health care team members.
