Seeing God in storm

Seeing God in storm

I love to read your articles. I take The Alabama Baptist. I would like to add a thought to what you wrote.

This storm has “cleaned up the streets in New Orleans,” so to speak. But didn’t it also tear down the casinos on the coast of Mississippi?

The storm has all people humbled right now and seeing God in the helpers and the caring … whereas before, some of the people would not have “seen” God at all — non-Christians.

We as Christians can step up to the plate and help these people that are humbled by God.

I know we all look at things in a different light, but I feel that New Orleans and the coast of Mississippi has been touched by the hand of God. (He allowed this) and He has opened doors for the churches to help the unchurched. Good will come out of this. I just wanted to add this to what you wrote.
