Shelby Association recently voted to bring Iglesia Bautista Jesús el Buen Pastor (Jesus the Good Shepherd Baptist Church), Pelham, and North Shelby Vietnamese Church, Birmingham, into the association as its first international congregations. Hugh Richardson is director of missions.
