St. Stephens FBC calls new pastor

Billy Hayes is the new pastor of St. Stephens First Baptist Church. Previously, he served as pastor of South Chapel Hill Baptist Church, Decatur, for nine years and youth pastor at Cedar Ridge Baptist Church, Decatur. He and his wife, Shealaye, have two daughters.
