Greetings from the Land of Eternal Spring. Most of you are in the midst of winter, but here, in Guatemala, it is always spring. The only change is from wet to dry.
We have been richly blessed this year, and there is much for which we are thankful.
The past two years have been rewarding, and we will cherish the experiences for the rest of our lives. It is going to be difficult to leave our ministry here and the people that we have come to love, but after much prayer, we have decided not to extend our time on the field beyond Feb. 29. We will be returning to the United States around March 1. This does not mean we are retiring from missions.
We hope to continue leading volunteer teams on missions trips back to Guatemala, as well as other countries.
Work has been started here in Guatemala by some of our teams that we want to see completed and hope to be involved in. We will be sharing these plans in the future. Please continue to pray for us as we seek God’s direction and as we prepare for our final teams in February.
