FRANKLIN Terry Buster is the new pastor of First Church, Phil Campbell. He previously served as pastor for churches in Missouri and Oklahoma. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma University in Shawnee and a master’s degree from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He and his wife, Sue, have three children and 15 grandchildren.
