Thomas Winborn called as new pastor of Twelfth Street Church

ETOWAH Thomas Winborn is the new pastor of Twelfth Street Church, Rainbow City. His first Sunday will be Sept. 9. He previously served at Welsh Church, Frostburg, Maryland. Winborn and his wife, Carol, have five children.
