SHELBY
Tim Cox recently celebrated 20 years as pastor of Liberty Church, Chelsea. He holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Mobile, and master of divinity and doctor of ministry degrees from New Orleans Seminary. Cox previously served at Pleasant Grove Church, Atmore; Ridge Road Church, Brewton; and Linden Church. He currently serves as first vice president of the Alabama Baptist State Convention. He and his wife, Dawn, have four children.
