The University of Mobile’s (UM) 14th annual “Art With A Southern Drawl,” which features the best in visual arts from seven Southern states, will be on display through April 30. The exhibit will be open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sundays 2-4 p.m.
The annual exhibit and competition represents a wide range of media, styles, themes and techniques. The artists must be either born in or live in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, or Texas. The 82 pieces by 72 artists show from more than 680 entries.
