West Cullman Baptist Association took a team of 28 people to McMinnville, Tenn., June 8–16. They went to help Trinity Baptist Church with construction work on its new building. The team built a stairwell and choir loft. They also installed the baptistry, electrical wiring and hung Sheetrock. A small team plans to travel back to Trinity Baptist to finish electrical work.
Trinity Baptist has about 75 members and is currently meeting in a home.

Southcrest Baptist Church, Bessemer, will host gospel singer Shannon Knight, Nov. 5. The evening begins with dinner at 6 p.m.
Calvary Baptist Church, Prattville, is hosting Trunk or Treat on Oct. 31, 3–6 p.m.
