West End Baptist in Clanton names Pierce deacon emeritus

Doyle Pierce, was named deacon emeritus of West End Baptist Church, Clanton, on Jan. 26 during the morning worship service. Andy Williams, deacon chair, presented a commemorative plaque on behalf of the deacons to Pierce, who has served 54 years as a deacon of the church.
