Samford University President Andrew Westmoreland has been named the March of Dimes 2013 Alabama Citizen of the Year. He will be honored at the 19th Annual March of Dimes Alabama Citizen of the Year Testimonial Reception on Nov. 19 at Samford’s Leslie S. Wright Fine Arts Center. The reception is from 5:30–7:30 p.m., with a brief program scheduled at 6:30 p.m.
