Rob Jackson is the new vice president of church and ministry engagement for Volunteers of America. Jackson, who serves as the chairman of the board of directors for TAB, also is interim pastor of Spring Hill Baptist Church, Mobile. He recently served as assistant to the president and associate professor of Christian studies at University of Mobile and is the former pastor of Central Baptist Church, Decatur. Volunteers of America is a faith-based nonprofit organization providing affordable housing and assistance services primarily to low-income people throughout the U.S. Jackson and his wife, Tonya, have one daughter.
