Alabama Baptist Children’s Homes earns a 2026 Best Christian Workplace certification

The Best Christian Workplaces Institute has named Alabama Baptist Children’s Homes a 2026 Best Christian Workplace.

Rod Marshall, ABCH CEO noted, “We chose to conduct an employee survey to measure the work culture we are trying to build. We want to know where we are succeeding and where we need to take a different approach. The work at ABCH is challenging, and we strive to build a workplace culture that affirms and vitalizes our employees while they engage in frontline ministry that is exceedingly difficult. This survey helps us to identify areas where we are doing well and where we can do better.”

ABCH scored a 4.32 out of a possible 5 on the BCWI survey. This not only merits a “Best Christian Workplace” certification but also designates ABCH as a “flourishing work environment.”
