Flint River Church, Hazel Green, will hold its 5th annual Freedom Celebration June 27 with Wally, host of the nationally aired radio show Total Axxess.

Calvary Church, Russellville, will celebrate its 50th anniversary July 11, 10:30 a.m., with former Pastor James Warren as guest speaker. There will be special music.

The chancel choir of Twelfth Street Church, Gadsden, will present “Homeland” June 27, 6 p.m. Ronnie Cornutt is minister of music. Craig Carlisle is pastor.

Fairview Church, Samson, will hold revival June 20–23 with Jimmy Allen, of Dadeville. Services will be Sunday at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. and weeknights
