be sent out to exhibitors closer to the event date.

Deadlines

Ad artwork is due by October 10.
Balance is due by October 17.
Your reservation will not be finalized until the balance is paid in full.

Print ad specs

  • Please include crop marks on bleed
  • Ads should have a .25″ margin on all sides clear of any important text or graphics
  • Ads should be in CMYK color, and all black must be 100% black (K) not rich black

Day of conference (Note: Subject to change)

  • Table coverings will not be provided — please bring your own.
  • Booth space will be 8-feet with 6-feet tables.
  • Check in and setup will be on Monday from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (with Sunday setup available by reservation)
