Featured SYSK made it to 105

In 2013, Elizabeth Forehand was featured in TAB’s Someone You Should Know (SYSK) column for her many years of ministry at Thomasville Baptist Church. On Jan. 17, Forehand died at the age of 105.

Forehand lived through WWI, WWII and the Great Depression.

She served many years as a children’s Sunday School teacher. She also sang in the choir and served as a deacon’s wife. 

She is survived by her daughter, Judith; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, James; daughter, Marcia; and grandson. (TAB)
