Don Waldrep is the new pastor of Sandy Creek Baptist Church, Camp Hill.
He previously served as youth pastor and Sunday School teacher at Liberty Baptist Church, Alexander City.
He also has a gospel music group called For Heaven’s Sake.
Waldrep and his wife, Donna, have one adult son and two grandchildren.

Camp Creek Baptist Church, Fruithurst, celebrated its 175th anniversary Dec. 1.
Ford’s Valley Baptist Church, Hokes Bluff, celebrated its 75th anniversary Nov. 17.
