The University of Mobile visual arts department will present the Senior Art Exhibit, featuring the art of Micah Gaston and Ashley Southard, April 19–May 2 in the Martin Hall Gallery, located on the university’s campus. A reception for the exhibit will be held April 24 from 4–6 p.m. in Martin Hall.
Gaston will exhibit drawings and oil paintings in the show. His works express his spiritual journey through abstract colors and compositions.
Southard will exhibit drawings, paintings and ceramics in the show. Her works investigate different aspects of life and reflect the various cultures she has encountered during missionary travel.
The exhibit will be open to the public Mondays–Fridays from 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m. For more information, call 251-442-2283.
