East Cullman Baptist Association hosted Team Delta Force from Arkansas in January. The team performed feats of strength in five local schools Jan. 24–26 to invite students and their parents to attend shows at East Side Baptist Church, Cullman, on the evenings of Jan. 25–28.
During the shows at the church, in between breaking bricks and bending steel bars, the four men talked to the students about issues such as drugs, alcohol and suicide and how the power of God can overcome all of those.
There were 50 who decided to follow Christ, 75 who rededicated their lives to Christ and two who surrendered to the call to ministry.
The association worked with local churches to connect the new believers with congregations nearby.
