Crawford Baptist Church, Phenix City, on mission

On July 26, a team of 11 from Crawford Baptist Church, Phenix City, in Russell Baptist Association traveled to the International Village in Atlanta in partnership with Whirlwind Missions, a ministry of the North American Mission Board (NAMB).

The team, which included nine students from the college and career Sunday School class and two adults, put on backyard Bible clubs and played games with children living in two apartment complexes in the area.

Team members didn’t let their missions work end that night though. They started a drive at the church to collect school supplies to give to the children at the village.
