Peter Lumpkins, author of the new book, “Alcohol Today: Abstinence in an Age of Indulgence,” will address such issues during a seminar Sept. 29 at 7 p.m. at Dalraida Baptist Church, Montgomery, in Montgomery Baptist Association.
Lumpkins, a Southern Baptist minister living in west Georgia, addresses the subject with scholarly study and explores and dissects the different views on drinking alcohol.
The event is hosted by Alabama Citizens Action Program (ALCAP) and the American Council on Alcohol Problems.
