Brandon Starnes is the new minister to students for Westmeade Church, Decatur. He comes to the position from Pleasant Hill Church, Bogue Chitto, Miss. Starnes holds a bachelor of general studies and religion from William Carey College in Hattiesburg, Miss., and is currently pursuing a master of divinity from New Orleans Seminary. He is married to Dana. Scotty Hogan is pastor.
