Westwood Church, Alabaster, will hold a national teleconference called Cancer and End-of-Life Care March 24, 12:30–3:30 p.m. The teleconference will be sponsored by Family Comfort Hospice in Alabaster and hosted by Hospice Foundation of America. It will address care options related to cancer diagnoses as well as loss and grief reactions for patients, families and professional caregivers. It also will examine psychosocial aspects of cancer, pain management and ethical issues related to the disease.
