First Church, Hayden, staff change

Jeremy Powell is the new pastor of First Church, Hayden. He comes to the church from Meadowridge Church, Fort Worth, Texas, where he served as associate pastor. Powell holds a bachelor of science in biology from Samford University in Birmingham and master of divinity with biblical languages from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He also did postgraduate studies in microbiology and immunology at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. Powell and his wife, Jodi, have one child.
