Parker Memorial Church, Anniston, staff change

Mack Amis Jr. is the new pastor of Parker Memorial Church, Anniston, effective Aug. 5. He comes to the church from First Church, McComb, Miss., where he served as senior pastor. Amis previously served in churches across Mississippi and one in Alabama. He holds a bachelor of arts in speech communication from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, a master of divinity from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, and a doctor of ministry from New Orleans Seminary. Amis and his wife, Lynn, have three children.
