Canaan Church, Bessemer, celebration

Canaan Church, Bessemer, will hold its Spring Celebration March 4–7. Services will be Sunday at 6:30 p.m. and weeknights at 7. Scott Dawson will speak and Jeff Stith will lead praise and worship. The church will also hold a book signing March 18 after the 10:30 a.m. worship service. Author Mildred Crane will sign copies of “The Garden Spot Grows: History of Canaan Baptist Church 1968–2005.” For information on both events call 205-425-4381. Morgan Bailey is pastor.
