While some authors seem to avoid this less than glamorous aspect of Christian living, Iorg confronts the painful side of leadership without hesitation. He writes with unusual candor and transparency, yet the book is a source of tremendous encouragement to Christians seeking to make a difference in their own sphere of influence. This book is not theory but more of a testimony from a seasoned leader.
