North Highlands Church, Hueytown, walk

North Highlands Church, Hueytown, will hold Walk for Water Aug. 21, 7 a.m. The walk is to raise awareness for those who do not have access to clean water and to raise money to build wells through Living Water International. The seven-mile walk will begin at the church and go through Hueytown in honor of those who walk that distance daily for water. For information call Michael Wallace at 205-491-7921.
