McElwain Church, Birmingham, will start the program Celebrate Recovery Sept. 14,  6:30–8:30 p.m., and will continue to meet on Tuesdays. The program is to help those with any type of addiction and involves eight principles based on the Beatitudes of the New Testament and 12 biblical steps to recovery.
