Grief recovery conference set

For the second year in a row the Alabama State Board of Missions (SBOM) and Shocco Springs Baptist Conference Center are cosponsoring a grief recovery conference.

The conference- May 3-4- at Shocco- is designed to help those who have lost a spouse.

Conference leaders include John and Judy MacLaren, Betty Baggott and Buster Taylor. Each of these leaders has lost a spouse.

John MacLaren is director of Cooperative Program and Stewardship Development at SBOM. Baggott is minister of education at Farmville Baptist Church, Opelika. Taylor is executive director of Shocco.
