Sixth Street Church, Alexander City, will host a Sub-Sahara Africa Base Camp Sept. 23–24. The event will begin Friday at 5:30 p.m. and end Saturday at 5 p.m. The purpose of the base camp is to help individuals and churches know how to engage with unreached people groups in the region of West Africa. There will be discussions on discipleship, leadership training, cultural insights and more. The church has sent a team and is committed to working with the Kakabe people of Guinea.
