Popular pop group FFH has released its first Christmas album just in time for the season.

Included are favorites like “I’ll Be Home for Christmas,” “Jingle Bell Rock” and others, all recorded in its signature highly processed Nashville style. These will be perfect for background listening during the season; all are well done.

Three original tunes are here as well. “One Silent Night,” the album’s first single, is easily the best of this new crop. My first listen produced both chill bumps and tears. Time will tell if this will become a new Christmas classic. “The Birthday of a King” and “Glorious Impossible” are the other new songs, both solid efforts, but without the impact of the title tune. After 13 records and countless radio hits, FFH has developed a musical formula that its many fans love. The group’s first Christmas album will certainly add to its fans’ holiday joy.
