Several hands-on computer workshops will be conducted April 7-12 in the computer lab at the Conecuh County Career Technical Center in Evergreen.

Sponsored by the State Board of Missions, the event will provide each student with a computer terminal connected to a high-speed Internet.

The two topics will include:

Beginning Internet Skills: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 6-8:30 p.m.; or Friday, 1-3:30 p.m.

Building Your LifeWayLink Church Web Site: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Every Southern Baptist church is entitled to a free four-page site from LifeWayLink, and paid options are also available. The workshop will provide training for both types.

Pre-registration is requested by April 1, and no plans are being made for walk-in participants.
