Judson College will host its 40th annual Ministers Golf Tournament May 13 and 14. Registration for the tournament begins May 13 at 8 a.m. at Judson College followed by lunch at 11:30 at the Marion golf course.
The shotgun start will occur at 12:15. Dinner at 7 p.m. on the Judson campus will close the first day’s round, and the next day will open with breakfast at 6:30 a.m. The final round will begin at 7:30.
Awards and special presentations will be given at the 11:30 a.m. luncheon held at the golf course. Grand prize is a $250 gift certificate for Marriott Grand Hotel in Point Clear, which includes a golf packet and dinner. The tournament is open to all retired or active ministers serving cooperating Alabama Baptist State Convention churches or agencies and is limited to 84 players. All applicants after the 84th will be alternates.
Flights will be assigned after the first day’s round, and prizes will be awarded for first or second place in each flight in addition to longest drives, closest to pins and birdies.
