Westside Church, Jasper, interim pastor

Rick Sherer is the interim pastor of Westside Church, Jasper. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mobile and a master of education degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Sherer is a teacher at Sipsey Jr. High School in Walker County and has been preaching since 1974. He has served several churches in the state. He and his wife, Jerri, have five children.
