Baldwin Association, new director of missions

Rickey (Rick) Ellison is the new director of missions for Baldwin Association. He attended Belmont University in Nashville, Tenn., and San Antonio College. He holds a bachelor of arts degree from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos and a master’s degree in religious education from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He has served as a state missionary with the Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions since 2001. He also was associate pastor of Valleydale Church, Birmingham, and First Church, Gardendale, and minister of education for First Church, Cullman.
