Dora First Baptist Church sponsored a youth missions trip to Panama City, Fla., July 13–16.A Carpenters for Christ team sponsored by First Baptist Church, Jasper, went to Tennessee July 19–26.

The youth of Canaan Baptist Church, Bessemer, held Vacation Bible School, worked at a soup kitchen and performed street ministry in the French Quarters of New Orleans, La., July 13–19.

First Baptist Church in Florence sent its youth group to Lexington, S.C., June 22–29 through World Changers.

Friendship Baptist Church, Grand Bay, sent two volunteer missions teams to Guatemala. The first team traveled July 18–25, and the second went July 25–Aug. 1.

Huffman Baptist Church, Birmingham, had a student summer missions trip to Tampa, Fla., June 22–30.

Opelika’s First Baptist Church sponsored two international missions trips during July. One team went to Honduras, the other to Brazil.

First Baptist Church in Dothan sent a missions team to Waterbury, Conn., July 11–20.

Sage Avenue Baptist Church in Mobile sent a missions team to Jinja, Uganda, July 29–Aug. 13. They are working with missionaries from the Southern Baptist Convention and Global Outreach’s Good Shepherd’s Fold.

A missions team from Florala’s First Baptist Church went to Wingo, Ky., June 15–21 to teach Vacation Bible School and work at a revival.

The Coosa River Baptist Association sponsored a Carpenters for Christ team, consisting of 35 volunteers, that worked in Tallahassee, Fla., July 15–20.

First Baptist Church in Opp sponsored volunteer missionaries in Durango, Mexico, June 8–15.

River Falls Baptist Church sent their youth on a missions trip to Savannah, Ga., in June.

The youth of Andalusia’s First Baptist Church went on a missions trip to Orlando, Fla., June 15–21.

Ino Baptist Church, Kinston, sent a Mission Lab team to New Orleans July 6–12.

First Baptist Church in Mobile conducted a missions trip to Perry County July 14–18.

Chalkville’s First Baptist Church in Birmingham sent an adult missions team to Gulfport, Miss., July 21­–26.

Wetumpka’s First Baptist Church sponsored a youth missions trip to Arkansas July 22–26.

Southside First Baptist Church of the Etowah Baptist Association sent a missions team to Pennsylvania July 19–27.

Shades Crest Baptist Church, Birmingham, sent 24 youth and six adults to Charleston, W. Va., to participate in World Changers July 5–13.

A group of 30 volunteers from First Baptist Church in Ashland traveled to New Orleans June 8–14 to do missions work.

Calvary Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa sent 41 adults to Brazil July 19–28 to do medical, dental, eye and evangelistic work in Rio de Janeiro.

Liberty Baptist Church in Chelsea sponsored three missions volunteers. Jennifer Vick is working with the Baldwin Baptist Association’s gulf area resort ministries.

Brian Harris traveled to Central America to take part in Athletes in Action and Campus Crusade in Christ June 2–July 21. Kim and Courtney Robison went to Romania July 1–16.

Members of First Baptist Church, Russellville, went to Rochester, N.Y., to work at a housing project July 7–14.

Eastern Hills Baptist Church, Montgomery, sponsored a Carpenters for Christ missions trip to Clayton, N.C., June 5–14.

The youth group of Pintlala Baptist Church, Hope Hull, went on a missions trip to Portland, Maine, July 13–20.

Franklin and Marion Baptist Associations sent volunteer missionaries to Otis, Colo. The team from Franklin went July 15–19, and the Marion team went July 22–26.

A missions team representing Winston Baptist Association volunteered in Chester, S.C., July 13–20.

Liberty Park Baptist Church in Birmingham sent a youth missions team to Tombstone, Ariz., July 20–26.

Seven members of Southside Baptist Church, Talladega, participated in ministry evangelism projects, surveys, raceway ministry and personal evangelism in New Hampshire July 13–20.
