The youth group of Mount Zion Baptist Church, Brantley, in Alabama-Crenshaw Baptist Association went on its 10th annual missions trip June 3–7, this time to New Orleans. The group of 39 led a sports camp at a local recreation center and distributed Bibles, hygiene items and lunch bags to the homeless. The group also partnered with First Baptist Church, Avondale, Louisiana, to throw a block party with games, food, a waterslide and more. Youth director Shelley Davis said the group has ministered across the Southeast through its annual missions trip. Timothy Davis is pastor.
