Chris Crain is the new executive director of missions for Birmingham Association. He will begin Jan. 1. He currently serves as associational mission strategist for St. Clair Association. Prior to serving with St. Clair Association, he served as pastor of North Valley Church, Margaret, and South Roebuck Church, Birmingham. Crain holds master of divinity and doctor of ministry degrees from New Orleans Seminary. Crain and his wife, Carol, have three children.
Alabama Baptist Disaster Relief volunteers are just getting started with mud-out work in Anderson, Indiana, after historic flooding affected thousands. But they’ve already seen God at work, opening doors for them to bring help and hope.
