5 things you need to stop NOW:
1. Trying to please everyone
2. Checking your phone while you are in a 1 on 1 conversation!
3. Hanging with TOXIC people!
4. Making decisions based on what other people want
5. Saying yes when you mean NO #WordsofChizdom

Liberalism & legalism are two sides of the same coin. Liberalism masquerades as love & legalism masquerades as holiness, but both are a denial of the sufficiency of scripture. Liberalism says scripture goes too far while legalism claims it doesn’t go far enough.

If you’re not spending time with God on a daily basis, you won’t be able to handle it when the pressure is on. You’ve got to make time to listen (to) God. Whatever it takes to keep the focus on God, do it!

Feeling like you’re in over your head is good for your prayer life.

Doing what is right as a result of being pushed is less virtuous than being led to do right. People with influence lead and people with positional power push. Servanthood leadership is about influence and not positional power.

We have to pray with our eyes on God, not on the difficulties.
