Alabama-Crenshaw, new director of missions

Ben Chandler is the new director of missions (DOM) for Alabama-Crenshaw Association. He previously served as DOM for St. Clair Association before his retirement Jan. 31. He also served at Springfield Church, Brundidge, and First Church, Dawes, in Mobile, as well as DOM for Tennessee River Association. He holds a bachelor of science degree from Troy State University (now Troy University), a master of divinity degree from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, and a doctor of ministry degree from Midwestern Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. He and his wife, Patricia, have two children and five grandchildren. His official start date is March 1.
