Baldwin Baptist Association on mission

Baldwin Baptist Association’s Baldwin Builders took 104 people from seven churches to do missions work in Centerville, Tenn., at Fairfield Baptist Church July 19–25.

Led by Interim Director of Missions Rick Barnhart, the team did construction work on Fairfield Baptist’s facilities, which included painting, installing, sanding, building and electrical wiring.

Half of the team was made up of youth. They hosted block parties in different parts of the community on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

With the most participants in 17 years, Barnhart said the team had people from 92 years old to children, from singles to entire families make the trip.

“God uses people in ways that they never imagined they could be used,” he said. “It continues to amaze me.”
