Barbour Association celebrated its 150th anniversary last November. They combined this celebration with their ribbon cutting and dedication service for their newly renovated associational building.
The associational office is located on the square in Clayton, and when the store next door moved out, they seized the opportunity to expand. The association purchased the property, tore down the wall that separated the two offices and renovated them to serve as the association’s headquarters.
“We have good facilities to work and do planning and training,” said R C Belcher, director of missions. “Our size has doubled and it’s really a good location.”
